SFML 2.0 Dependencies

Here is a list of dependencies required by SFML on Linux, including the particular package names for Ubuntu/Linux Mint. Remember that you need the development versions of these packages. To find the package names on another distro, just try searching your repositories for the general name of the library.

• OpenAL – libopenal-dev
• libsndfile – libsndfile1-dev
• libjpeg - libjpeg8-dev (or libjpeg62-dev if you have trouble with version 8)
• FreeType - libfreetype6-dev
• GLEW - libglew1.5-dev
• stb_image and stb_image_write (can’t find much about this library, just ignore this dependency and see what happens…)
