Legal Terms
Legal Conditions and Disclaimer
Those of you who’ve been with me from the start will know that there was, somewhere near the beginning of my posts, a small set of legal terms. For your convenience, here they are again.
By reading my blog, using resources contained within my blog or using programming code from my blog, you agree to the following terms and conditions to the maximum extent possible under applicable law.
- This is an SFML tutorial website. Other than it uses his library, this website is not affiliated with Laurent Gomila in any way or the official website sfml-dev.org, and nor has he endorsed it.
- I reserve the right to modify these terms at a later date without providing notice unless specifically prohibited by applicable law.
- All resources provided on this site are the copyrights of their respective owners: please consult them for copyright information. All code samples are my code unless explicitly stated otherwise. If I have failed to observe the appropriate copyright regulations then please let me know so I can correct it.
- You may use my code for personal or educational reasons only. You may not pass off my code as your own. If you use it for any reason then you must acknowledge that you are using my code, and make clear which parts of the code are mine. You must also make clear that these license terms are applicable to users of my code.
- All code samples are provided AS IS and without warranty. I cannot take responsibility for failure of code to function as expected, nor can I take responsibility if the code samples cause damage to your computer or other devices whether directly or indirectly, and whether or not I was aware of the risk.
- If I provide links it is for your benefit, and I will try my best to ensure that they are safe, legal sites. However, I do not take responsibility for the content of external sites or problems they cause you. If there is a broken or unsuitable link on my blog, please contact me so I can resolve the problem.
- If you (as a copyright holder or otherwise) notice a copyright infringement or a failure to abide by relevant legal terms then please let me know so I can resolve the problem.
