Chances are, I’m preaching to the converted. Nonetheless, I’ll come out and say it. Google is your friend. If you’ve had an issue, chances are countless other people have had the same problem. So Google around and see if you can find any articles or old forum posts with the answers you need.

If not, then is the time to post on forums and ask others for help. And if you’re on a computing/programming course or know other programmers, then remember you can ask them too
